EQ was founded by an ex-lawyer and two former banking professionals, each with their own personal story relating to burnout in the workplace. These experiences formed the catalyst for creating EQ; a place where busy working professionals could come, regularly, to manage stress and importantly, prevent burnout. EQ doesn’t advocate for working less to combat stress. We’re about giving people the tools to allow them to perform at their best.

Team Days

Team sessions at EQ include exclusive use of the entire space, ensuring a private and seamless experience for your group.
Our half-day experiences can be booked Mondays to Fridays, and sessions commence at either 8AM or 1PM. Our full-day experiences can be booked from Mondays to Fridays, and the full-day session starts at 8AM.
