At EQ, movement is more than just exercise. It’s a way to reconnect, reset and re-energise. We believe that when movement is intentional, it has the power to shift more than just your body - it transforms your mindset, your mood, your energy and the way you show up in the world.

The EQ Studio is designed around intentional movement. Our classes are not about intensity for intensity’s sake, but about finding balance - between strength and length, effort and ease, action and stillness.

Each of our sessions are designed to meet you where you are, whether that’s grounding yourself in stillness, or tapping into the power of movement to shake off the day.

FAQs

  • Each class is thoughtfully designed to blend movement, breath, and mindfulness. Expect a welcoming and inclusive environment, expert guidance, and a practice that meets you where you are - whether you're looking to energise, strengthen, or unwind.

  • We recommend wearing comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. Bring a water bottle and a sweat towel. Mats and props are provided.

  • Arrive a few minutes early to settle in and get familiar with the space and studio. Hydrate well and try to avoid a heavy meal right before class. Most importantly, come with an open mind and be ready to move, restore and sweat.

  • The EQ Studio is for everyone, whether you're an experienced mover or just starting your journey. Our classes are designed to be accessible, with options to modify or challenge yourself as needed. All you need is a willingness to show up for yourself.
