What will I experience at EQ?

Unlike other wellness experiences, EQ is designed to offer an introduction to wellbeing practices that can become daily habits.

How long is a session at EQ?

The EQ journey is designed to take approximately 3 hours, including the time you need to change on the way in and out. Our community social lounge is open as a place to connect with yourself and others.

Do I need to book in advance?

To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you book your session in advance and include all members of your party in your booking.

For maximum comfort throughout the journey, we recommend wearing comfortable, light clothing (such as exercise clothing) to your session.

Bring a small bag with your bathers, a drink bottle and thongs or slides to use in the wet areas. All towels and shower products are supplied.

Is there parking at EQ?

Metered and time-restricted street parking is available in the surrounding area. Otherwise, Care Park offer paid secure parking at 13-21 Palmerston Crescent, South Melbourne.

Access by public transport

If you’re getting a lift, have your taxi or Uber drop you off at 22 Kings Place, South Melbourne VIC 3205. If you’re taking public transport to get to EQ, the closest tram stops are located on St Kilda Road at Stop 20 ANZAC Station/St Kilda Road or otherwise Stop 119 Wells Street/Park Street. EQ is a short walk from both tram stops.

Can I reschedule my booking?

You are welcome to change your booking up to 48 hours before your booking start time. To reschedule your booking, please follow the chance/cancel link at the bottom of your original booking confirmation email or otherwise email us at bookings@eq-wellbeing.com.
